Spectrum TV on Roku: Getting Started

Note: After creating a new Spectrum username , you'll need to wait 24-72 hours before you can use it to sign in to any TV apps. The Spectrum TV channel will not work internationally. For the best experience with the Spectrum TV channel, use a third-generation or above Roku device. Spectrum TV is not compatible with first-generation Roku devices.

Streaming Spectrum TV

The Spectrum TV channel is available when you subscribe to any Spectrum TV and Internet plan.

Note: Spectrum TV for Roku is intended for in-home use only with the internet modem associated with your Spectrum account.

Setting Up Your Roku

To set up Roku for the first time:

  1. Visit Roku.com and create a new account.
  2. Follow the prompts to register your Roku player or Roku TV using the code provided.
  3. Make sure your Roku is activated and connected to the internet.

Adding the Spectrum TV Channel to Roku

To add Spectrum TV to your Roku:

  1. Make sure your Roku account is activated and is connected to the internet.
  2. Using your Roku remote, go to the Roku Channel Store.
  3. Search for Spectrum TV in the Roku Channel Store and install the Spectrum TV channel.
  4. Sign in with the virtual keypad, using the arrow keys and the OK key on your remote.
  5. Select I Agree to accept the License Agreement.

Note: You'll be automatically signed in the next time you open Spectrum TV.
