Our Therapy

Depression & Anxiety

Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling and treatment, we are able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.

Living in the Moment

Learning to overcome our present fears, past failures, and uncertainty of what is to come is an art to be learned. As we age, the way we think from moment to moment has everything to do with how we move, how we eat, how we socialize, and how we heal. Using Sensory Relaxation Therapy, and regular mindful practices (like mindful breathing exercises, progressive muscle relaxation, or meditation) can be utilized to improve emotional well-being. Seeking Spiritual and Grief Comfort Related to Aging and Disease

Spirituality and aging often go hand in hand. After all, getting older tends to deepen a person's longing for the very things that a spiritual life can provide—things like a sense of comfort, meaning, purpose, and connection. That's why seniors who want to age well often choose to focus more of their attention on their spiritual needs and aspirations. It's a way to renew their outlook on life, become more attuned to their place in the world, and benefit from the potentially life-affirming spiritual practices. Having faith or a feeling of interconnectedness can make a person feel hopeful and joyful. And that's something everyone deserves, regardless of age.
