Amazon title listing not updating

I am enrolled in Brand Registry. I have tried to change my product’s title. Not a major change, just adding my Brand’s name to the title and deleting some unnecessary info from the title. I get the standard “it will take 15 minutes” message but nothing changes. I also can’t change my keyword search terms. I contact Brand Registry help and I get this message which I don’t understand. Seems like the person didn’t even read my message and obviously I did update the desired value from my end in the manage your inventory page. Also, the title and keywords are not locked attributes. What should I do now to change my title and keywords? Also what does “we have a lower reconciliation level than yours, which is why we cannot perform the update on your behalf.” mean?! Seller Support told me I had to get in touch with Brand Registry, and now Brand Registry is telling me this. Who has the ability to help me?

As per my research for title update, I found that currently you are winning the contribution hence, in order to replace the existing contribution I would suggest you that kindly update the desired value from your end in Manage your inventory page of ASIN.

Please note that you previously entered the attribute value you now seek to change. When an ASIN is linked to your brand, Amazon increases the strength of your contributions and may prevent changes to specific attributes after their initial entry

Examples of such attributes may include, but are not limited to the following:

 * catalog_number * model_number * part_number * size * color 

When you find the locked product data on an ASIN is incorrect for any of these SKUs, the impacted SKUs for the ASIN must be deleted for 24 hours which will enable our system to allow changes to these locked attributes. Once these 24 hours has passed or when an associate has stated that it is safe to proceed, please relist your product with the updated product data. Note that this will not affect your Product Reviews or Sales History on the ASIN.
